How could I forget All I Want (Sy & Unknown Remix) by Impact! Dude, I can't even describe how hyper the verse gets me, it has such a nice sound to it! The melody is freaking ace too, always gets me so damn happy! :D

Most uplifting track for me is Fat Controller - In Complete Darkness.
That break in it, just was totally designed for that rush feeling, always makes me smile n think back to many a party where it was played out.
A real "hands in the air" moment.
Failing that, Force & The Evolution - Show Me Heaven (original Mix) another boomer with an amazing break. Pure happy feeling that will never change.
Something a bit more modern would be Druid & Trixxy - Rock Da Bass heard this for the 1st time at a Dreamscape and almost fell off the floor when I did.
In the nu breed of hardcore, so far its been Robbie Long & AMS - Trigger Hardcore thats done it for me.
But then I heard SMD - SMD 4 (Al Storm Remix) and all was well in the world. THAT is my all time most uplifting track, the original was better but this is always on my playlist. :D
But not forgettin of course Sons of a Loop Da Loop - Far Out , Wont beat that for a happy vibe :D

I just had Ultimate Buzz - Let it Be arrive in the post and when I listened to it, I remembered how uplifting this track was. My only complaint is that it's way too short.
