I've been in a bit of a rut lately, so I decided to give making UK/Upfront/Vocal hardcore a try, and this is what I managed to create (and it's pretty cool.) Still needs vocals, some major mixdown work (mostly for getting the right amount of volume), and a fair few more kick fills, but I'm still interested in what you all have to think about it. Thanks!

Edit: Just fixed it up loads. Way better breakdown now, a better mixdown (though still too quiet), and more kick fills.

Edit: Fixed it up even more. It's about as finished as it's going to be, and if this one is good enough, I'll send it to Purefocus for mastering.

Hmm, I'll try and get ahold of a singer, but if not, I could end up leaving it as is.

Well, the percussion sounds a bit stale.

And the pads are almost too spacey, they need more oomph. This is very untechnical advice.

Cool idea, mixdown needs work...the breakdown needs more pads and riff and less percussion..it's very pretty!

Yeah, the percussion and bass overpower the track. And the track is structured weird, so that all the synths seem like they are in the background, I think you need more layering or something. I like the sounds though.

:D Cool stuff.

Breaks breakdown is very nice.

tbh i dont really think it needs vocals over it. if u wanna put some on it then ok it'll probly sound great but i'm lovin it just the way it is. likin the breaks breakdown and what leto said i think the first breakdown needs a little riff and it'll be spot on ;)

What Leto said except that I love the spacey pads.
