This is all stated from a raver who is wanting to start his own rave production company.

"Hey ravers...why's PLUR dying out? Our scene is being taken over by hyphy pill slingers and bros who just wanna go get drunk and pick up on underage girls...
...We need more members and more PLUR.
Let's go back to the time where taking one pill would make you roll balls.
Let's go back to when dancing wasn't just bumping and grinding.
Let's go back to the 60's when PLUR was something that didn't need a name...

...Not too sure about the happy hardcore though...too many of their fans (the ones i've met anyways, take no offense to this) are e-tarded it seems and I'm a big advocate of intelligent drug use if any. Responsibility comes before partying and safety comes before all.

Trance is where I have found the most amazing people so far. They can sport plur and kandi like a happy hardcore kid but rather than spending all their "water money" on 5 more pills they spend it on water and stick to one or two pills or maybe an 8th of shrooms. (OR NO DRUGS AT ALL!)

It's all about trying to find a balance and I'm trying to bring a balance of Indie art and suave back into the rave scene without loosing sight of what's important.

Let's fetch the PLUR!

Alright...here is my view...I am pretty sure that various style of Trance attract just as much or more drugs than Happy Hardcore.

i dunno. i would say probably only because the other styles of trance are bigger then hhc.
per person happy hardcore and hardstyle would have a much larger drug scene then trance.
But at your average club nite there's a lot less drugs than a rave

and if your friend wants to start a rave production company that tries to stop drugs at raves hes not gona do to well

In electronic music there seems to be a lot of these self-proclaimed "gurus". That often share their limited knowledge as some sort of gospel o_O

I think the person may have a point, but then raves over there are very different to over here so it's impossible to say!

I dont know the guy, I just saw it posted and found it very ironic that he misses when one pill would make you roll all night and then turning around and saying HHC fans bring more drugs than trance fans and saying he is big advocate of drug use.

"Let's go back to the 60's when PLUR was something that didn't need a name..."

Hippy? or "STD spreader"?
