The court costs would be about £50. Which is nothing. They would also get the fees back if the claim was successful.

as it would be a civil matter and not a criminal matter i wouldn't be bothered about it, also the fact that even if your made pay they can't demand you pay money you've not got therefore any lawyer would arrage payments at £2.50 a week or something crap like that if the case was ruled in there favour
but again IMO for 1 weeks wage it all seems like a bit much hassle for them to pursue you, i mean how much money are we talking about?
