Do not get a x1950, DX9 cards will be useless within a year so no point splashing out and getting the best DX9 card going. Either get a low end DX10 like the 8800GTS that will last a few years or get a mid range DX9 like the 7600GT for a year then replace it when the DX10 cards have dropped in price.
I upgraded my entire system last Christmas and 7600GT still plays everything fine when i adjust the graphics lower (who plays any game at full rape settings, especially online where you want to maximise fps?)
I got mine from www.pcspecialist.co.uk and it was cheap and far better than most places as it is specially designed with what you want rather than a stock build. Mate gopt one similar spec to mine from Dell and that was alot slower in benchs and shit, just seemed they used shit components in it.
Also if you're a serious FPS gamer get a sound card. Either the Creative Audigy 2ZS or an X-Fi.
