MAN.
Has anyone else gone through this? Im down to about 3 cigarettes a day from a pack a day a couple of months ago but i just cant shake these last 3.
I dont want to use patches because later on if i get tempted id like to know i did because of my own will, not because i had patches to rely on.
Quitting is a BITCH with PMS on a really ****ing bad RAINY day.

Quit last November. Still had the odd one or two if i was in the pub with a mate how smoked. Havn't had one since March.
I personally found it fairly easy. Still want one every now and then.

I been battling with this for aaaaages......stopped fairly easy first time....for around 6 mths...then bad news and i started again.....then stopped for a few mths after that....bad news...started again....i keep repeating the same thing....any sort of stress...i light up.
I am weak.... :(

i'm coming up to two years now. the best thing to use. Airwaves chewing gum. when ever you need a ciggie, just have one of those. they don't have nicotine so it's not an aid and is still like cold turkey but the freshness in your mouth helps you keep it away.
it worked for me, try it.
(this sounds like a bloody advert!!!)

I smoke n have done since I was 13, if I quit I quit if I dont I dont. Cos if smoking dont kill me something else will.
Im past caring about leading the healthy lifestyle. Enjoy ya time while ya hear n **** the rest of it :D

Lots of people want to stop though...just find it difficult, i am one of those. I believe that once i stop, i will always have this urge to grab one at times of stress, and therefore never actually achieving my goal. Mebbe one day tho eh? :)

hmm il probably die at age of 20-something, jumping off a cliff for a thrill.
haha already done that late on a sat night a few years ago. the cliff was over a beach n i new it wasnt far but didnt no how far not far was, as i couldnt see the ground. turned out to be about 3-4 metres. would never do the jump in the day
