as soon as i get a new phone i plan to put on some incarnation of the riff from mauro picotto - iguana

not that it's hardcore... but i feel it's applicable to this discussion

You can do that with e.g. iTunes. Also i make the audio mono, and something like 32kbps, cause the phones speaker aint that good.

dunno how to do it with itunes but its pretty easy with audacity. highlight and delete etc

I've already got iTunes so i'll give that a shot first but if i'm not mentally capable enough to work it out, i'll give audacity a shot!

Thanks Lilley

Listen the track, check the time you want to cut it. Then right-click the track, choose properties, and from there you can add what time the track starts & ends at. After it sounds good (you may need to change the time few times to make it good), right-click the track and choose "convert to mp3" or something like that.

Not at home at the moment, but can give you more detailed instructions later.

I alternate between:
Goetia - Trashforce
Vod vs Tyrant - Slapped with an X
Switchblade Symphony - Invisible (endanger mix)
Covenant - One world one sky
:Wumpscut: - Wreath of barbs (album version)
Nasenbluten - **** face

something for every mood :)

That reminds me of just a short while i ago i decided to change the alarm on my phone coz the usual "beep beep" was just annoying to wake up to. But being the dumbarse that i am, i decided to put on a nice mellow track, Daft Punk - Digital Love. Needless to say, not long after waking me up was it rocking me back to sleep. I was about an hour late for work that day!

Now i've got Atomic Orbital and Payback Time on two seperate alarms so i definitely wake up. and quite violently too!

DJ Paul Elstak - Life is Like a Dance (Hitmen Gabber Remix) for friends

Scott Brown - Sonic Boomstick for ppl I dunno

SMD - SMD 4 (Al Storm Remix) for people from the Energizers FM

Ive made cut up samples for ringtones WHEN i get a new phone

ok so i was really bored one day, so what, wanna fight about it?

I made clips for:

Re-con - Bang 9 (starts at the vocal "bang 9 automatic before kicking into the full peak)
Dougal & Gammer - Extreme (starts at the end of the build up to the sireny part)
DJ pavo & Blutonium boy - Floorkilla (has the whole chopped up "my style" vocal then kicks straight into the synth)
Linkin Park - Given Up (Made a seamless loop of the chorus)
Re-con - Pull Over (Made a loop of the peak)
Tommyknocker - Twist (Made a loop of the peak, starts at the "twist" vocal - if you go to his website, you know what i mean, i made that exact clip)
Deejaybee & sketchy ft. lou lou - Walk Away (made a clip from the end of the build up where it says "walk away" in a whisper then goes into the peak + its a seamless loop)

if anyone wants me to upload ill be happy to do so for any of them.
