I've just bought my first house 
2 bedroom, (or 1 bedroom, 1 soundproof studio in my case  ) end terrace in Chinnor, Oxon. Well chuffed, can't wait to move in now!
There go my savings and most of my wages but gonna be worth it!

Yes, I am. The mrs aint ready to move out yet, still studying etc. Only been together 3 months now anyway so that'd be quite a step I guess.

1st step on the property ladder always gonna be the hardest, just think, when ya morgage paid off, you'll own it. Money in the bank.
I trod on the 1st step of the property ladder a few times now, and took my foot off straight away. Probably due to me gettin close to buyin a house then deciding I hate my job lol Renting maybe dead money, but its always done me ok :D
