ok, so i have bought a domain and it comes with templates, but how do i design my own so that it looks exactly how i want it to? are there any programs/software?
also, if i created a website in say microsoft publisher, how do i then put that onto the web to my domain?

Like he said, or you can do it free with Wordpress. This'll be less efficient however

id suggest microsoft frontpage if you have never made a site before, dreamweaver is far too complicated for a first site
