managed to find an acappella of Fergie - London Bridge, so i had to make it sound at least half decent :P
i'm pretty sure i'm not in any breach of copywright laws...

I think since the whole track is copyrighted that does inclube the acapella therefore you would be breaching copyright laws but you already knew that...................

If you're not selling it and if you're not very rich, the chances are that they won't bother with legal action
but they might ask you to take it off of the interweb, if they notice that it's there,
and it'd be tempting providence if you ignored them.
