There really isn't much to it mate.

Plug the decks into Phono 1 & 2 (or whatever channels you want to use if you have more than 2).

Plug the amp into master out.

Stick the little earth cables onto the little metal earth thing on the mixer.

That's it tbh.

Don't forget to turn everything down before you turn them on so you don't blow anything.

That's because it's grounded to the earth. Outside your house there will probably be a little pole with a wire on it going into the soil. That's the 'earth' ;)

haha, the joys of how other ppl speak. i thought it was knowwn as earth cable worldwide, but cum 2 fink of it, ground cable sound familiar. i usually just call thm by their colour lol
