Not according to Discogs, if they don't have it listed it's unlikley it was released.

basicly anything on the Dutch Happy Hardcore (same as German Happy Rave), aren't released as singles what I know.
I'm trying to find James Daltan - Strangers, aswell as Cherrish - Journey throu the Night as full, but they don't seem to have ever existed as singles either :(
