As soon as i heard happy hardcore, I loved it. I wanted to know Where i could start if i wanted to learn to mix music, make my own and so on. I think it would be fun to mix some of the music and what not so i was wondering where i could start off, and if i plan on making this a career, is there a college in california for this.
Maybe some simple fun programs, or some place that can teach me a few simple tips on how to mix music.
My brother has two turntables and mixer, so maybe i could put that to use.
Thank you.

If you wanna start producing I'd recommend Reason 3 to start off (or fruity loops), get some decent samples (Vengeance Vol.1 & 2) and a tutorial to start you off.

You can't make proper tracks on these programs. Cubase, FL studio, Reason or Logic(mac) is what you want.

If you plan on making it a career I suggest you produce and mix commercial club dance music. You wont get good money out of hardcore.

Even just for fun and kicks. I mixed a few tracks on Magix, and im going to do more on eJay. Im low on money, Actually i have no money so i really cant buy programs, so anything thats free is good.
Alot of happy hardcore mixes, from i can notice, they break down the main song into new segments of just lyrics or the main "chorus" if you will.
Could you do this in FL studios?
Mix things pretty good and also make them as MP3s?
Also is it pretty easy to use?
Can i use it live as in when the song is playing i can apply certant effects to the song, Different parts of the song?

For mixing you'll want something like Traktor of VDJ I reckon. They can simulate turntables whereas FL Studio and Reason allow you to produce tracks.

I don't know any hardcore DJ that plays 100% from scratch DJ set everytime they DJ. I think your thinking of the difference between a CD and radio.

I do. It takes a lot of work to make these things so I'll support the programmers if I'm using their program.
If no one supported them they wouldn't exist now, would they? :)

Couldn't be more true, even if you do have a lot of tallent there is no room at the top for anyone else than the current big names! On the other hand you get away with producing at a much lower standard in Hardcore, more commercial music is far better engineered; although again, no money to be made from it anyway :P
