its charly lownoise & mental theo - stars. they were a famous dutch happy hardcore duo which opened many doors for happy hardcore, especially dutch. stars had like 3 or so mixes by charly lownoise, trance, rotterdam (i think) and rave? i cant remember, and also released a couple of vinyls with remixes by other artists, there was also a remake in 2002 i think which was trance. In my opinion, the one you are looking for and by far the best is the video mix, to my knowledge it was only released once on a promo which is for sale on discogs, and there was a video made for it which is on youtube somewhere. I hoped that helped! If youhave any more questions just ask !

i reallllllly dislike the "rock it, rock it party people" sample at the beginning.

it ruins the track IMO, but other than that i looove it.

lol, i youtube'd some of charlie lownoise and mental theo's stuff, specifically the video for stars and i have to say, they seem pretty gay. they're in a bath tub together at one point in the video, at another point it looks like they're screwing...

this video is no testament to their heterosexuality, that's for sure. and yeah i watched some other stuff of theirs and despite all the hot blond chicks, you'd swear they were gay.

starsplash, rainbow in the sky, they meet at an airport and it looks like they almost make out but the camera cuts to another scene...

anyway. look it up, here's the link. the video is laughable at best.

love the music, but seriously, these music videos are something else.
