Does anyone elses copy of CLSM's Bathford welcomes careful drivers cd have an annoying clipping/static noise over the beat on a number of songs?
Im sure my copy never used to, but i notice it more and more now as i listen to it, especisally on tracks 9 and on track 15 it does it all the way through,it is soooo annoying, it drowns out the music and the lyrics it sounds just like clipping, but im sure it never used to be there and the cds doesnt have a scratch on it.

also, from day 1 my stereo sometimes has a bit of dificulty 'reading' the c.d, ive also tried it on my other stereo and its the same, does any1 else have these problems?

The album superb, but the quality of c.d is absolute crap

how old where the stereo's you tried? because I had a stereo that played CDs well, till I either used a CD-r or another 'heavier' CDs
