Only experience iv had with mixing MP3's is with Virtual DJ quite a fun mess about programme. Its the same thing that Rankin and all those tonedeaf half wits use lol.No offense to anyone that uses this programme btw, i just never really got into it.

There are a lot of mixing software out there for MP3s. Its very expensive, but you could go out and purchase one of 3 products in the MixMeister series.
The series consists of:
MixMeister Express ($49.95)
"If you've heard great music mixes before and always wished you could create them yourself, now you can. MixMeister Express puts pro-level capabilities like automated beat matching and tempo adjustments within everyone's reach."
I tried it and it isn't very good at getting beat matching. But its the cheap version of the series, so I guess thats why.
MixMeister Studio ($169.95)
"If you're serious about creating mind-blowing mixes, you need MixMeister Studio. When you can already hear the perfect mix in your head, and just need a tool to bring it out into the world, Studio can do it."
As good as this program is, and it is good, its one for people who have a lot of time on their hands because you basically do the beat matching yourself.
MixMeister Fusion ($32.95)
"If you make a living mixing music in front of an audience, MixMeister Fusion gives you rock-solid performance features and a deep feature set. Fusion has the precision and power of Studio, plus live performance controls, dual audio outputs, and more."
This is my favourite. It does the work for you. All you do is make sure the bass and tone is correct and that its mixing in the correct place. And for the tracks that dont quite mix properly, you can change the way it mixes so they don't slowly drift out of time. If you see what I mean.
Anyway, I suggest you try the demos at http://www.mixmeister.com then buy them. Although you could illegally download them (cough).
