"Fairyfloss" is australian english for that flavoured sugar thing woven on sticks that u eat at like Fairs and shit.. you may be more fmailier with called it Cotton Candy or candy floss but yeah..
With the mix, i thought it suited it well, sweet sounding, cheesy and funfair like :D

s3rl's did, u couldnt really hear the tracks, made worse by how high they are
TomE and Protoype definately did, didnt turn it down while beatmatching either :( kept on distorting. sounded particularly bad

its a shame, if i were to ebatmatch, the low end would be completely off. might not of been him, could of been a s crew up with the speakers?

couldv been. doubt it but coz during tome & protoype's, sum random guy from backstage went up behind the decks leaned over and turned the bass down.dj didnt like that to much, it was turned back up 30 seconds later

I would imagine the sound engineer had the bass too high on the crossover unit and it was nothing to do with the DJ's/DJ mixer.

yeah i agree i doubt ANY dj would have so much low end that it would be just that disturbing. i hate too much low end, it drowns out the high and mid and i just frankly dont like too much bass.

yeh, paricularly with s3rl because his melodies are so high it gets completely drowned out, except for lyrics if there are any
BUT really should quit bitching because it was quite a good nite overall and to keep whinging about it is not really fair on the effort put in. absolutely cracking last set. there were some downers during the night though. :P
