Most of the stuff I listen to now is mixes by members of this forum! Happy 2 B Hardcore Chapter 1 is a good mix for just 17 tracks!

I just dont know why its labled, "Happy Hardcore Breakbeat Techno".....As far as we all know, HHC is not a style of Techno, but then again, its an American release, and nearly all Americans consider it all "Techno".

It is more breakbeat & techno compared to the later chapters! The later ones were more 'Trance' sounding and on Amazon the reviews people called it 'Trancecore' although Trancecore was somthing a bit different...

I know that album featured a lot of 1996 tracks on it, but that was still the "Happy Hardcore era", the whole Break style ended in 1994 with more producers turning over to the 4-to-the-floor sound over the breakbeat. I'm just saying, it wasnt Techno, it wasnt breakbeat, it was Happy Hardcore & Frolic shouldnt have just labled it all that other stuff.

happy2bhardcore had an amazing track selection.
absolutely horrendous mixing though.
bonkers 1 was great also, again sloppy mixing a lil, but not nearly as bad as h2bh 1
