A message from Anabolic Frolic:
I've been negotiating with a new American distributor to continue the immensely popular Happy2bHardcore series which has featured my selections of happy hardcore electronic rave music. They produced a limited number of retail samples to try and gage the market for the series in 2008 and beyond.
These are BRAND NEW factory sealed CDs, in their proper packaging. Never opened with their shrink wrap intact. Perfect for gifts and for my fans out there looking to complete their collections. These aren't the same as the promo copies from the Hullabaloo reunion party.
This is a new eBay account with no feedback, but yes this is the real Anabolic Frolic. Please visit my website for more info at www.anabolic-frolic.com.
All CDs are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. There’s a $5.00 postage and packaging added for every order.
Thanks, and enjoy!
Chris (Anabolic) Frolic

It'll be shit. Crap mixing and worse track listing, I bet there's nothing new on it.

No, I dont have a tracklisting. If I remember right, if this is the same recording handed out at the Hullabaloo reunion, there really wasnt anything like, 2006-2007 new. I know "Ordinary People", "Heaven's Above" were on it.

Surprise surprise, all anthems we've heard a million times before. Perfect for introducing people to the scene with though, I'll give him that.

I have all of the chapters, but don't listen to them anymore, as hardcore has progressed so wonderfully, but that is what got me into hardcore...Chapter 1 back when I was 19 years old (I'll be 30 in a month). So, props to Anabolic for getting some of us into it. Though I was dissapointed to see you mixing with cd turntables instead of the real thing....wax. The old 'happy hardcore' is too minimal for me....thank goodness it has progressed the way it has....no longer really tagged 'happy' hardcore....rather just hardcore. I love the stuff and I can't get enough!
I have a picture with you, Chris from Get Hype. It was neat to meet you.
You live in Canada? Know where I can find good hardcore parties? I live in WI and am willing to travel somewhat....any driveable distance. =)
THANKS!

What the heck are you talking about? The old skool Hardcore sound was so much better than today's recycled sounds. He only used his computer program for Chapters 4-8.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You put in a "Chapter" and then put in let's say......Bonkers - Legends of the Core or Hardcore Euphoria or any of the Hardcore Heaven sets. There is barely a comparison between the two!! Yes, thank goodness for oldskool since it was the pioneer (jungle too), but hardcore more recently has blown all of the older hardcore out of the water! YOU CANNOT deny the EVOLUTION OF HARDCORE! AND IT'S A GOOD THING!!
Don't be so sensitive! I LOVE hardcore....I just prefer the stuff that has evolved.
You (whoever this is) said: "He only used his computer program for Chapters 4-8". Um, what? I don't know what you're mentioning that for. Make sense much??
And as far as your reference to "recycled sounds", isn't that really what all music is? I mean, it has GOT to have some consistency and flow to it! You could say that about ANY type of music. That is what makes it THAT type of music. The acid sound, the build ups and breakdowns, the echos, the piano, the beautiful vocals, the thump THUMP THUMP!
Ugh. You suck. Go listen to some REAL HARDCORE ie: SCOTT BROWN, BRISK, GAMMER, EVEN THE NEWBIE JOEY RIOT KNOWS WHAT'S UP!! Or go throw in Happy 2b Hardcore Chapter 5 and get HAPPY!
You seem so cranky. I thought it was supposed to put you in a good mood - hence the word "HAPPY".
OUT.

There is plenty of hardcore that could be classed as "real hardcore" that isn't by those people. In the end, its just what music you enjoy!
I'm somewhat weary of another marketing ploy by anabolic frolic, who still hasn't shipped DVD's from the last hullabaloo that were ordered in august to many people.
Also, I would love to know if the artists featured on Happy2bHardcore chapter 8 actually received any royalties given that the company went bankrupt before it was released and the "demo" version given to 1,000 people intentionally didn't include a tracklist.
