Is Wave (Piece of Heaven from CXH3) Recon? The singer sounds like him... Anybody knows? I tried searching on Discogs but couldn't find my answer there.

yeh, the vocals are by recon. i think wave is recon, squad-e and someone else, but i dont kno who the third person.

^^^ just checked the credits on the CLXH 3 cd wallet and yeh it looks like the third person is from d-code
