Yeah i'd definitely purchase the Helter Skelter/Raindance album. It's really good.

I just purchased this one. 
I'm not sure if that's the one you guys recommended. I found a commercial for it online, and the songs playing in the commercial sound like what I was looking for.

That is indeed a good album, if not the best one. But that was released in Dec 06. The new one is called
Helter Skelter Vs Raindance: Rave Nation.
Mixed by Slipmatt, Billy Bunter and Nicky Blackmarket.

Ministry of Sound is run by EMI in Australia, EMI license the name from Ministry in the UK.
