There is no difference between "Steamtrain" and "Midnight Express". Hopscotch and Dougal had originally made it and called it "Midnight Express", it was only changed to "Steamtrain" when it featured on Bonkers 1.
The vinyl release still has it as "Midnight Express". Just call it what you like.

If I was playing a set at a 10 year olds birthday party I might play them!
Still each to their own!
I think the tune is supposed to be called 'Midnight Express' but it appeared on United Dance 4 as Dougal - 'Steam Train'.
