Is there any plans to release future releases of Infinity Recs on MP3? I have all the vinyl up until about 27, but don't buy/play vinyl anymore. So.... ;)

I presume the answer is the same as for Masterwax?

Think he said he's gonna look into it, but it's a lot of effort with little reward. Still, i get the feeling he loves the music, so hopefully he'll look into it further. People will still buy.

the conditions might be alittle different from his days running Masterwax (about licensing n stuff). But if it's about stopping piracy... isn't it abit late for that? the vinyls have been ripped and scened a long time ago.
Ofcourse it would be fileshared again, but instead of not earning a dime on 2nd hand sales, sellings mp3's would still generate something

Until people start to realise that piracy can't be stopped, then the better. Might as well just get the music out there, to people who WILL actually buy the tracks. Not releasing tracks becuase of piracy, will eventually have a worse effect on the music.
People get annoyed that they can't get the tunes they wan't, and in turn...leads to more filesharing etc etc
But anyway...hopefully we'll see Infinity Recs on MP3 sooner rather than later.

Thats what they SHOULD do but they dont so we're stuck with waiting years on mp3's, Scott Brown has the right idea with Livewired CD's.

Haha seriously. He has like 10% of his tracks on there. Even some that are on his flash playlist thing aren't up for sale which is kind of disappointing.
