ive been looking everywhere..
the lyrics are "we came here tonight to get started, cold act ill or get retarded"
and it repeats that verse over and over again.
im pretty sure its a remix of some song.

sounds like that "lets get retarded" version of Black eyed peas - Lets get it started...No idea who did that version and didnt even know there was a hardcore version :S...
Edit: ok i just noticed there was a link lol......And on listening to it its not what i thought it was at all its some weird electro techno type tune, but uses the words (not the voice) from the "lets get retarded" tune, as far as i can tell anyway.

Let's get retarded are the original lyrics to that song. This ain't hardcore though...at all. Nor is it the Black Eyed Peas that they are sampling.

those aren't the lyrics to the black eyed peas song, i know i've heard what he's looking for but i can't think of it at the moment... hopefully it'll come to me.
edit: didn't see his sample, and that isnt the song i've heard. pretty sure the one i heard was in a set by promo (and obviously is slightly harder than the song he linked  ). this one's a little more... housey... you may have better luck on a non-hardcore specific forum. good luck!

this is sampled by a hip hop outfit called x-ecutioners. a fair few dance outfits have sampled them, including that fatboy nobhead. not a lot of help. but a lead i hope.
