Back then Hixxy new what hardcore was, no crappy Upfront bollox that comes out now  I will listen to it when I have finished listening to Jspr's mix

theses sest are hixxy at his best (imo)
to be honest by the time of the 96 united dance set on this link i had begun to lose interest in uk happy hardcore ;(

Yeah there is nothing like that early essential plantinum sound. I can recall the party Helter Skelter when Hixxy and Dougal came out to Aus and did a Live PA, both played sets as well, it was an awesome party. First time i heard them both live as well as Scorpio.

Yeah i can remember Scorpio set. Dark and Stormy hardcore back in 96. Didn't dance to it, just listened in amazement. The only time he has been out in Sydney. Would luv for him to come out here again. Maybe i can catch him if i make it to the uk next year.
