I know this might sound strange but i find Real dark & moody Drum & Bass relaxes me, but has to be at a low volume & with the bass cranked right up! Good fun shutting your eyes & trying to listen to it in different ways by just picking out 1 beat or sound & following it. Then do the same with another part of the choon.
