ok ... i just went out and bought ejay's Techno # 5cuz i wanted to start getting my feet wet into production.. and it was anti the right way to go ...... theres no way to get proper samples in or even a piano or really anything i want it to do ......so is there a specific program i should be looking for or what..........

Don't get any of the ejay stuff :(
What you're looking for is a flexible audio/midi sequencer like Cubase, Logic, Reason or FL Studio.
After you've got your hands on one of these, you'll need to start collecting samples to use. Try looking at the Vip-zone samples, they're pretty handy. You'll of course need need some synths to make your rushy synth lines/basses - I suggest zeta & v station.
Thats a good place to start.

Can't really add anything to that except the vengeance sample CDs... They're wickid... but them!
