Is the original "Wonderful Days" a hardcore track? I have it on "Original Hardcore vol.1" and there is no remix indicated, but I cannot ever find the same version anywhere else.

No the original is by Tony Ronald - Help, Get Me Some Help. They sampled it.
The version you are talking about on Original Hardcore is the Starsplash version.
