Just had a chat to Novaboy on the phone, we really need to get a location sorted for this. Novaboy said he will be on it over the next few days, I don't personally think that we should even think about anything else until the vanue is sorted for this as that is the most crucial part.
Event gear hiring is really really easy and then once organised we can go from there in telling people what is the go.
So lets start thinking about good scout halls / sheds / etc... to hire out people!!!

not sure but... you might want to try the place that neverland was at. Salvo's on west botany rd in rockdale. reasonably close to station with outdoor area for bbq. during the day it might be booked out - bit of a problem. haha the clock on the wall got stuck on 12:32 all night. also the cops tried to shut us down so you'l need to keep it very quiet and be invites only or something
