Hi can anyone tell me why im getting mad feedback through my speakers when i have the power supply in my laptop. Is there a way of getting rid of it i have a usb interface going into it as well.

you aren't holding your tongue the right way.
try sticking it out and touching your upper lip, that should take care of the problem.

djupload..... you need to touch your nose not your upper lip 
oh & chances are you need a longer lead, being too close to the adapter ain't good, some cheap adapter's cause feedback

Is it mic howling? Or is it an electrical hum? The lappy might have a dirty (power) power supply, run a power cord from the other side of your place, plug the lappy in there so that you're on a different power section of your house, see if that fixes the problem.
Also if your laptop has an external power supply with a changeable power cord you might want to swap that out as well.
Warning: When I say dirty I don't mean with dust or anything, don't clean it with water or anything haha!

Sounds like you may have a grounding problem in your house. Have you tried plugging the laptop into other power outlets in the house? Can you try it at a friend's house?
