Hi im wanting to do a demo mix for a new event thats just opened up in my town (resistance) & i was just wondering if anyone could help me find the best to to record or get my decks hooked up to my PC or summit like that ...yes im totally clueless LOL i did a recording on my phone but its pretty bad quality

i use a free program,that you can download called audacity.
you will need a cable with the red & white phono leads at one end(plug into record out or booth monitor on your mixer) & a small headphone jack at the other(this goes into the line in port of your pc)
select line in on the programe & you should be away.
you will of course have to adjust sound levels & stuff to get the best recordings.
its pretty simple to use.

thanks very much, that reallly helpfull, i think i have one of them lead lyrign around from new years we had 2 turntables & 2 DVD players rigged to the mixer LOL!
