It's tricky in FL, as apparently there's no way to route a sidechain signal to a plugin, but you can do it with the Peak Controller. Google "sidechain in fl", there are several tutorials on it out there. :)

While it is a make-shift form of side chain compression, it is easily just as effective as doing it the conventional way :)

Download Sidekick Sidechain compressor.

I've never used it, but it looks really easy to use. This should do it for you without any crazy routing tricks.
