What programs should I use. I've tried MAGIX Music Maker, but that's not the best for Happy Hardcore... What do you guys use?

I'd recommend starting with either reason or fruity loops

I got Fruity Loops too. Does take a little while to find out what everything does, but that is what i'd recommend.

I'm afraid you will have to buy it, to my knowledge no music producing programs are free.

It took me a long while to get started on FL Studio... Mainly probably because the sequencer and layout is tons different to any other program.

Reason is good to start with.

If you want something more traditional, REAPER is excellent - http://www.reaper.fm/ (the download is a full, unrestricted version)

I can also recommend Tracktion, very flexible, a bit hard to get used to.
