To be honest, I haven't heard of any of them.
2 different scenes remember dude. We are essentially part of 2 different scenes (us and the people who recently got into it).

Not knowing Demo and/or Justin Time though...I didn't think it was even possible. What are these kids growing up with nowadays...I feel like they're missing out on so much. Especially Justin Time...every Matt Carlton release has stood the test of time perfectly. You can play them in an upfront or old skool set and they all sound brilliant.

Well these artists haven't been around since the 90s. That's over 10 years ago now! Even if the songs are commonly played in old sets, if you don't look for that stuff then you won't find it. You would need to be really into the music to stumble upon old stuff and become familiar with it too. I mean i do agree though, i can't imagine not knowing them either as thats what Hardcore is to me, but still.

Matt never left the music scene, but yeah i get what you mean. i play alot of his tunes in my sets & always have. iv always liked the Stage One/Just Another Label styles which have always been varied & they took chances, look at the hardcore tunes that they were releasing that where also dnb for example

Actually, Cotts and Ravine got me into hardcore with a mix of theirs, but S3RL was one of them lol.
