Charly Lownoise is one of the producers of Starsplash, id assume the melody is a slightly modified version from one of the 'Charly Lownoise & Mental Theo' tunes.

ehm.. The track on that MySpace might not be "4 tune fairytales - my little fantasy", but it sure hells do sample "4 tune fairytales - my little fantasy".
And yea, the lyrics arent the same
