Just bought my first vinyl record. Problem is I don't have a TT yet :/
What I do have is a Hercules DJ Console mk2 which I plug into my computer via usb, and use to control Virtual DJ.
If I buy a normal TT and plug that into the dj console, will I be able to record the vinyl using virtual dj?
Thanks

if not then you could always rip it using a wave editor

Go to Best Buy... they have a ION TT that is designed to do that... Its only $100 too!! wich is way cheaper than going out and buyin a uber nice TT from a major brand... unless you plan on movin into the analog world of djing!

the best tool for ripping has been Terratec USB thing with Soundrec. Hasnt failed me yet (since my on-board soundcard skips)... That is, when you have gotten you're TT/record player
