Do you do any kind of work out as in press ups, sit ups, pull ups, boxing, kick boxing or go to the gym?

i don't lift weights exclusively but i do 'train' everyday in my backyard. Mostly core-strengthening.

Ive been known to walk from the lounge to the kitchen when i need some food. I also used to sprint each day - I never could get ready in time for the bus to work!

Yes, around 3 times a week. Do 1-2 hours each session mainly on cardio but also through in some weights. Do some at home aswell.

Mainly focus on cardio as I'm wanting to lose weight not bulk up.

I'm an instructor in a Martial Arts-based program called Bodycombat (how I came into contact with hardcore, for the higher intensity tracks they almost always use UK hardcore), which is an hour's cardio-class sorta, and soon Bodybalance, which is pilates, yoga, tai chi etc. I also lift weights two-three times a week.

I dont really work out per se....

Im more into driving around/getting driven around.

Although i am known to whack on hardstyle for half an hour to an hour a day and go crazy shuffling.

If any of you know what the Melbourne shuffle is, you'll know it takes a lot out of you.
