The new season of MotoGP started and Casey Stoner the 2007 champ won the first race of the season with Valey coming 5th. This season is gonna be an interesting one because I think Valey stands more of a chance of getting what he has lost in the past two seasons the title.

Oh yeh, and if and when Melandri gets his head aroud the Ducati and Toseland gets the pneumatic valved engine and gets further up Lorenzo's nose....

My favourite rider has gotta be Colin Edwards started the race from 3rd and finished 7th come race day but I still think that know the Tech 3 team have switched from Dunlop tyres to Michelin the team will be more competive and finish in the podium positions.

Lets hope for a better season than last year. It got boring with Stoner on a faster bike than everybody else. Rossi's title again this year although i really hope Toseland does well.

Are you joking? Did you watch much of Moto GP last year? It was even said enough times on the commentary that stoner had a much faster package. Even this year it's been said that stoners bike has come down from around 18km faster last year to around 8km this year .As soon as they hit the straight he would just roar passed everybody. & as for Stoner being a better rider than the likes of Rossi, I doubt that very much.

im talking bout the race on the weekend, he was slower at the end of the straight

My apologies. I thought you was talking about last year aswell. I do agree with you that Stoners bike doesn't seem to be quite as quick this year. Will hopefully make a more interesting season. But i take nothing away from Stoner because he is a quality rider.
