i have many to list ... well i had many on ebay what i got rid.
Probably one of the rarest i've owned as i bought this Belguim cd from 1989 i picked up
Summer (new) beat. the best of new beat.
i was chuffed when i found it, as i found it in some charity shop for 50p in gorleston
i suppose he means by RARE as in .... not even available as an instant purchase of a site.. i'd say battle of the dj, world of dougal, world of breeze, happy 2b hardcore .... Are pretty easy to get hold off you just might have to fork out abit more money for them.
SPOOX
Illegal Rave 1 'The Compilation' 91/92 (1992)
Illegal Rave 2 'Back To The Underground Scene' (1993)
Illegal Rave 3 'Keeping The Vibe Alive' (1994)
WOULD LOVE ILLEGAL RAVE 3 ... is that the boxset with the skull with a cap on?

After reading previous posts i have no idea if these are considered "rare", but 2 i believe are hard to get hold of i have are D.O.A - 'New york City Speedcore' & Brisk w/ MC storm - 'C'mon and ave a go if you think your hardcore' (free CD with Mixmag a few years back)

No offence to anybody but I wouldn't say any CD album that was sold in 1000's through mainstream record stores to be rare (also applies to the supposed limited edition CD singles you could buy in any Virgin store in the UK).
I have a fair number of old skool Hardcore and D&B albums which would be difficult to get hold of again but I wouldn't say they were particularly rare.
I used to own the Force & Styles album but gave it away when I had a clearout 5 years ago!

Helter Skelter Imagination and soon I'll have Helter Skelter The Discovery.
Off Yer Nut 1 & 2 - would've thought they were reasonably rare now.
Absoloutely Hectic and Best of British Happy Hardcore as well, don't see many of them around.
And another album just called 'Happy Hardcore 4'

If that Best Of British Happy Hardcore is the one i'm thinking of it's the exact same CD as one of the Fusion albums.

Yes i know that. But my point is they released it as this first:
http://www.discogs.com/release/986964 Which i bought. They then a year or so later it got released but like this: http://www.discogs.com/release/189756 Completely different cover. Sorry but couldn't find picture for the Fusion one. I remember picking this up & just taking a quick look thinking i'll buy this. Lucky i had a good memory & thought the tracklist looked familiar. So i didn't buy it & when i got home i looked through my collection & found that it was exactly the same as the Fusion album i had bought the year earlier. If i had been somebody not knowing what i was looking for i could have ended up wasting money buying an album i had already got & maybe not ever noticed.

Some of the rarer items in my CD collection:
Slammin' Vinyl The Album
The Happier Side Of Hardcore
The Future Sound Of Hardcore
Kickin Hardcore Leaders
Highly Recommended LP
Jungle Massive 4
These are the items I haven't seen coming up regularly on ebay.
