Interesting Documentary i found on youtube.
There are 6 Parts to it. It explores into the UK year of 1989 and how a whole new scene exploded.
IT will be great for new fans of the scene to have alook at... I was born in 1989 and what a year even though i can't remember any of it haha :)
Now you know why id love to have been born in 1970 .. being a fan from the beginning would of been ace.
heres the link.

I saw that the other week, was really good! Love the bit with the farmer from Berkshire who let them use his field one night lol I was 2 years old then so was a bit too young but it was interesting seeing how the world changed in the last 20 years & some stuff is still the same lol
Seems that the rave sceen killed off most of the football firms (even though we still have them on a smaller scale) & how great it would have been during that time when E was new!

Actually here in Houston, TX in the USA we had a big rave go down called Tranzit. It was i think spring of 2000 and after that they began to propose a ban on it and it passed. It was because it was 20,000+ people and when the lights came on at the end they found so many Xstasy pills and bottles it was ridiculous.
We still have world renowned DJs come and play here but for awhile they threatened to arrest some of them if they performed. They kinda dropped it and they are more concerned with other things such as our rising crime rate.
Going back to Tranzit, the biggest disappointment was that i never really did hear any happy hardcore/ hardcore there.

if you have about 30 minutes, this is a really good documentary.
it was surprising to hear that the one promotion company had a big legal department.
but i guess when you are putting on an event like that you have to treat it like a business/investment kinda.
