What do you all think of this genre? I really like it myself... I think it is a music that will really grow in popularity in the next few years.. Djs like Vibes, Storm, Dougal, Gammer are all starting to experiment with Rave Breaks..

Yes been loving it for a while now. Sounds like Hardcore should IMHO!

It's just weak nu-skool breaks versions of oldskool.
I would rather listen to "real" Nu-Skool Breaks and Hardcore Breaks/Oldskool.

DJ Slam stuff on cd's is awsome, pity his older stuff of JAL wasnt my taste when I researched him.... he needs to release his new stuff or find a label that will

yeh i like rave breaks,the nu hardcore originals and the remixs of the old skool,but some of the commerial crap remixed is crap put ur hands up 4 detroit,creeps e.t.c

I like the genre as it's easier to get people in the door to hardcore when you start out a set with the stuff then work your way faster. just wish they would ditch the 2-step sounding stuff....

Yep it will be interesting to see how the genre progresses.. I think they'll run out of tunes to remix after a while.. But some of the hardcore remixes and original tunes are excellent I think..
