I'm fairly new to happy hardcore, and although I've used CD's and MP3 players for several years, I have never tried vinyl.
I was looking for a recommendation for a fairly cheap turntable, and what makes certain ones better than others.

I would recomend a set of Numark TT-X1's They are a good price and very reliable, Nice strong motors good for getting used to direct drive decks, They also have the good advantage of nice digital displays which show you the pitch, Also the Pitch range is adjustable think you can get up to 20% pitch on them, The have reverse switch, Also the possition of the buttons can be set by yourself so if you have them battle style the pitch is still in a easy possition,
Another good point I should make for these decks is the fact you can switch between straight and s- tone arms, Which is also good,
I have posted a link to the decks for you to check them out,
Hope this helps.
Happy Mixing
