Ever since I started up a wireless connection to my brothers room last week my modem has been freezing and ping timing out. However I'm not to sure if this is the modem or some problem caused by the wireless connection as when my brothers PC isn't on it seems to be stable. Actually if I think back it might have been doing the same for a little before the wireless connection started.
Any help muchos appreciated. Modem is an Orange *spit* Livebox. *spit*

i dont mean to sound like im taking the piss but it could be your walls, depending on whats in them, honestly! lol and how far away your pc/ laptop is away from the recieving signal

My wireless works fine anywhere in my house and yet...2 doors away, with the same provider, my mum can't even get a decent modem connection...very strange. If you don't find a solution...try here http://www.softwaretipsandtricks.com, its a forums so you have to wait for replies but, they are willing to try to help :)
