Im talking about the very old Gabber, like '92-94 stuff (or even older) not just the mid-late 1990s stuff which is also very good!
Had a listen to yet another Old Skool mix & this had some very old Hardcore Techno & some of the original Gabber like Mescalinium United - We Have Arrived which is said to be the first ever Gabber track from 1989!
Some peopl even like the earlier stuff against anything after it which is understandable as everyone likes a different few years when iot comes to Hardcore & this mix had alot of stuff that sounded like the Uk stuff of the same time justa bit tougher but not so much on the breakbeat as such but had all that 'Rap/MCing' stuff they used to do lol Quadrophonia's Quadrophonia is also there which is a beast of a tune & it also had the original Dominator by Human Resource!
Anyone else like the early Gabber & Hardcore Techno?

I have a boxset which was a holland release titled 'Old School Hardcore'.
It has alot of well known early hardcore/gabber music.

It has a fine selection. but mainly i'm more interested in alot of vinyl tracks as you can pretty much find a treasure everyday on youtube with early gabber releases.
I have been listening to alot of the Dutch Happy Hardcore at the moment, the stuff pretty much not your commercial sounding stuff like 4 tunes fairytales and charly lownoise and mental theos stuff, and i am liking DJ E-Rick & Tactic, Brothers In Crime, Bass-D & King Matthew and so on.

I have some Bass D & King Matthew on at the moment, expect to here some of their stuff in my next mix! Charley Low Noise & Mental Theo have done some harder stuff like The Ultimate Sex Track & DJ **** from back in 1993!

early 90's hardcore (around 92-94) is usually hit or miss in my book.
It sprouted some wicked classic tracks but there was a lot of shyte out there as well.

its great yeah i love the mid 90s to 2000s etc great stuff.
smoogie or anyone interested dj thumpa has a mix on ush and its great i really reccomend it top stuff imo

It definitely is real Hardcore, im not keen on Nu Style Gabber but that is the hardest stuff going (funny how the UK went softer & they went harder after '98) My mix has some Nu style at the end (although some from 2001 so not quite that new lol) not sure how to mix Nu style as such though as don't listen to it unless it is on the end of a mix (IE Scott Brown's mixes on Bonkers) but I have enjoyed this mix & I think it will be ready by Friday!
