hi,
i wanna know if you would listen to a 3 hours set, generally
its ofc a long time for a listener but how many times did you thought after hearing a 1 hour set which was played fast / contained ace tunes (or both cases at once): "what, that was all?" even 2 hours could spin the time fast away. so how about about a 3 hours set? would you listen to it when its really well done and pushs the energy with every tune?
i think its makeable, even when these type of sets couldnt be played much because of di.fm's organizational rules; it would be an "rare set event" like the worldevent in diabloII. ^^ means = played ~ 1 time in 1,2 week/s. :D
greetz,
Hellfury

I would, sometimes it seems 1 hour goes by alittle too fast.

i would.. longer sets mean the talent can do well under pressure and long strenuous mixing times.

I think it was 8 hours or more. ASOT 350
They did like 2 hour sets a piece. Markus Schulz was after Armin van Buuren which I was surprised.

Yes we would.
But I would prefer quick mixing all the way through. :P

If you can record something for 3 hours without messing up, ****ing props to you. I get stressed recording something within an hour because I dont wana mess up lol.
If every song I hear is a ch00n, Id have no problem listening to a 3 hour mix.

I did a live show for 3 hours last week on the radio. Also When me and Ravine meet up we usually do a 4 hour show.
It can be done quite easily, although you need a game plan. But a lot of people do stick around for the whole time.
