I'm having some very annoying trouble with my cable internet service provider, and was wondering anyone in the UK were having the same kind of troubles.
I use NTL's 512kb/s cable package, and just recently it's gone from around 70kb/s downloads, to less than 10kb/s. Is it just me or are other people using the NTL cable package having the same kind of problems?
It's so f;)kin annoying!

i'm on the one down,128k broadband and never had any problems. perhaps it's just during peak times that the downloads will come down.
also,512k is going to become a 1mb connection soon and 128 is going to be 512,so that'll double up your speed and for the same price

I already have the 1mb/s cable package on my server for my hosting that I do, I pay £49.99 a month for it.
I pay £24.99 for the 512kb/s package, and this is the one i'm having problem's with, it's been like this all week, no matter what the time of the day, it seem's that i'm getting the 128kb/s package speeds! I have to phone the NTL cable tech support line which is a rip off too (£4.99 a min! :()
So, I hope they sort out my problem promptly! Anyhow, cheers for ya help.
