Well I made the mistake of registering there while it was still under construction, and then the shop went offline. Recently it came back up, and I was going to buy a tune but the account was blocked. So far I've sent several emails over several weeks. I've never gotten a reply and my account is still blocked.
What do I do?

how is that a useless reply? it's the logical fix. use a new acct with a different email until you get your original one sorted.
as for what to do to fix your problem long term... contact someone who can do something about it... like brisk, who happens to have an acct on this site.
and if anything is useless it'd be your question, because the options you have are quite blatantly obvious. there's no magical other option other than trying to contact the people who can fix it for you.
