On bonkers 1, the start of this tune, is this a hixxy mistake he didn't correct or is it intended to be very fast and slow down?

I asked this a while back, Tracks 9 & 10 seem mis-titled. "Like A Dream" is laid out over 3 tracks, 9, 10, & 11. What I want to know is...what is track 9?!?!?! I have "Hold Me Now[Bass D & King Matthew Remix] & "Like A Dream" on other cds, and none of them have that little twinkle melody as at the beginning of track 9!

Also don't forget that disc 1 is mixed on 3 Decks.

I think I see what you are saying, it kinda has a warped sound in the pitch, but I still dont think the actual track 9 is "Hold Me Now". Maybe my other cds are mis-titled that have this song.

I know the bit that warped candykid is going on about. I have checked all the mixes i have & it doesn't contain the little twinkle melody. Isn't the start of track 9 from The Muppets or something like that?

Could be a dubplate and the proper release cut the twinkle melody out?

Its been a long time since I got rid of my copy of Bonkers 1 but I remember that section quite well. I think it might be pitched up rather than being on the wrong speed. Don't remember the twinkle section but used to love the Breakbeat section that wasn't on the other version I've heard (which I'm not sure if its the original or another Bass D & King Mattthew remix which I have on the compilation Happy Hardcore Fever 2).

That is something that has confused me, the whole Bonkers thing & which version is the one on Bonkers? I was going to ask before I uploaded my last mix (which had Highlander- Im sorry) but on youtube that is the Bass D & King Matthew remix & then there is a 97 remix which Bass D & King Matthew also remixed!
Also on Bonkers 'Like a Dream' dosn't even have the singing (which is a remix of Maddona's Like a dream), just the into bit! Both classics though & what ever version of Hold me now is on Bonkers it is the best version! The evrsion I have got (and from my last mix) sounds a bit like the version Go Mental done in 1996. Highlander- Im sorry (original mix) is from 1995.
