I have just bought Hardcore Adrenaline 3 and to my amazement Seductions selection of tunes is pretty good.
I have not been out raving since Cocoon in 1996 as the music was getting too cheesy and I have not listened to anything else other than '91 to late '95.
I know the album is from 2007 and the tunes possibly older than that but wow, I am happy that the music seems to be going more late '90's hardhouse style. I hate all the cheesy singing and trancey riffs so when I heard 50,000 Watts and What A Good Drug etc I smiled a lot.
Is the new stuff as good as this or is it cheesy shit again?

Yes! Wicked label with a good mix of sounds. The older stuff was better but still knock out shit hot tracks. Some of the stuff on Essential Platinum is WKD but have to trawel through the cheese if you don't like it! Same with Lethal Theory. Warped Science and Maximum Impact as well.

aye crackin label, all the labels bulby listed produce lots of great tracks, also you might wanna check out a bit of freeform look through releases from labels like; nu energy, notorious vinyl & relentless vinyl.

Buying Hardcore Underground 1+2 is the best place to start.
Or Hardcore Nation: Next Generation, which came out on Monday.
IMO!

notorious havn't released anything for a while now, but they've a new release is in the works as far as i know. and essential platinum are still going strong but it's Essential Platinum 2002, owned by Dougal & Gammer now, not Dougal & Hixxy (i think it were them?).

oo. THey are not making tunes anymore but check out Digital Beatz back cat. An awesome label and you've missed out if you haven't heard the tunes on it!
The early Bedlam Records releases where good too but the label faded off a bit after a while IMO.
