they're much like arsenal
if they win its down to ronaldo scoring a goal. The team cant compare to him..

Can't seem to get interested in it so probably won't bother watching any of it. Anyway Darts UK Open is on so i will be watching that.

i,ve got £20 on italy,£5 on both portugal and croatia(they put england out haha)and £40 on croatia 2day single bet at evs,cudn,t beleive the price,there bound 2 beat austria there near as bad as england lol

Nonsense, all it will serve to do is weaken the Premiership. The reason our national team doesn't have the strength in depth that it should is that our youth system is a joke. Because of our 'win at all costs' mentality kids are taught how to win football matches instead of how to play good football. And to be honest, other than the latest qualifying campaign which truly was a disgrace, England don't really under perform at all. Two quarterfinal finishes and a semi final one in the last three big tournaments? Nothing to be ashamed of, we perform better than Spain and look at the squad they've got.

its a short term loss. long term we will have a better and more native side leading to a better national team.

Judging from the first few games, it's going to be a rather boring, bland tournament. I'd have to say it wouldn't probably change if England were involved, but would be more exciting for us.

Italy, spain or holland will win it. France are crap now imo how they have left trezeguet out but called up Govou after the season trezeguet has had is beyond me, portugal are ace individually but not good enough as a team.
Shocked that theres no totti, pazzini, lucarelli, gilardino or inzaghi in itallian squad but they have made room for borriello. Hoping italy will play quagliarella and di natale up front. with del piero and toni as subs. My god italy really do have many a mint striker!
